Job Summary

• The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Role-Based Permissions Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing role-based access controls within the supply chain management systems. This role ensures that users have appropriate access to perform their job functions while maintaining the security and integrity of the system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, information security, and access control methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Design and Implementation
• Develop and implement role-based access control policies and procedures for SCM systems.
• Define and create roles, permissions, and access levels based on job functions and business requirements.
• Ensure that access controls align with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
• Propose and implement design enhancements to Role Based Permissions (RBP) for SCM modules.
• Collect Business Requirements Documents (BRD) as inputs and map to Role Based Permissions (RBP) Roles for Users in SCM and Business Intelligence (BI). Reports/Dashboards in MicroStrategy and Tableau.
• Ensure Users are restricted by relevant Target Population and Exclusions for the data they are allowed to see.
• Ensure Users are restricted by appropriate field sensitivity classifications as per HR Data Asset Register (DAR).
• Ensure the Role Based Permissions Mapping and Users are as per BRD and in agreement with Data Governance. 
• Address any issues in RBP during Hypercare period.
• Ensure project Plans and Weekly Reports are kept up to date.

Business
• Business Analyses Skills – ability to understand a problem/requirement and frame a solution for Business.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and PowerPoint presentation skills
• High degree of comfort work with data.

Processes
• Understand the end-to-end workflow and prepare process maps accordingly.
• Prepare POIs (Process Operating Instructions) to be understood by the respective departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to access control.

Risk Management
• Manage user access requests, approvals, and provisioning processes.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of user access to ensure compliance with access control policies.
• Maintain accurate records of user roles, permissions, and access levels.

Governance
• Monitor and enforce access control policies to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for access control vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to access control.

Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
• Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.] 
• Serve as a Director of the Board 
• Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent) 

Key stakeholders
• Work closely with TTO, and SuccessFactors team and supply chain teams to understand role requirements and access needs.
• Communicate access control policies and procedures to stakeholders and end-users.
• Provide training and support to users on role-based access control and security best practices.
• Provide support to the SuccessFactors and Business Intelligence Teams regarding RBP.

Other Responsibilities
• Working experience with Human Resources preferably in Banking.
• Working experience with Role based Permissions or Role Based Access Control.
• Strong skills in Agile Methodology and Jira.
• Ability to see the big picture and larger issue from details.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field

• Education-Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Certifications-SAP ceritified in SCM

Skills and Experience

• Certification in Information Security (CISSP, CISM) or Supply Chain Management (CSCP).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to access control.
• Familiarity with ITIL and COBIT frameworks
