Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for SAP application maintenance, development and support across the platform services offering. The suitable candidate should posses an understanding of SAP applications and SAP BASIS capabilities that will involve SAP Business Technology Platform operations, integration operations, SAP SaaS application management, application lifecycle and HANA operations.
Role can be based out of Chennai/Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across delivery sprints to perform platform related tasks in setup, configuration and maintenance of SAP applications.
- Provide troubleshooting support for application development activities.
- Maintain development support engagement with SAP through SAP for Me support issues raised.
- Configure SAP applications and execute application lifecycle management and software lifecycle operations.
- HANA Cloud database operations including operational support and troubleshooting capabilities is expected.
- Monitor, review and action on HANA performance tuning capabilities - not limited to HANA Cloud Database instance, HANA SQL query optimisation, expensive statements
- Configure, maintain and monitor integrations between applications.
Skillset required:
- SAP BASIS expertise and experience.
- SAP Certified Associate - Database Administrator - SAP HANA
- SAP Certified - SAP BTP Administrator

Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
