Job Summary
• [Seeking a highly skilled and experienced end to end Test Manager for our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for our SCM applications, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• Test Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for SCM applications.
• Define test objectives, scope, approach, and deliverables.
• Identify and manage test resources, including tools, environments, and personnel.
• Procurement system migration – need expertise in procurement/ Purchase/ Supply Chain Management process/ project experience
• Own the end-to-end Test strategy and delivery in SCM.
• Test Lead should have excellent testing execution skills in the applications such as, Ariba, VIM and S4 Hana (AP)
• Should also have knowledge in E2E flow from Supplier creation to Payment and to Supplier.
Business
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Communicate test results, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Participate in project meetings and provide inputs on quality and testing-related matters.
Processes
• Test Execution and Management:
• Lead and coordinate the execution of test plans, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure thorough testing of SCM systems, including procurement, inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics, and supplier management modules.
• Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and test coverage.
• Prepare run plan and circulate daily status report to the stakeholders indicating the risks identified with mitigation plan.
Governance
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in testing.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools, when required.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Knowledge and experience on defects tracking tool such as ADO is preferred.
Regulatory & Business Conduct

Skills and Experience
• SAP certified in Ariba and S/4 Hana.
• Certification in Software Testing (ISTQB) or Supply Chain Management (CSCP).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their SCM modules.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).
• Knowledge of database querying and data validation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a Test Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes and systems.
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
