Job Summary
We are seeking HashiCorp Product & Python Skills with experience in ADO / DevOps technologies, and a strong foundation in Privileged ID Management. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in handling the areas of HashiCorp Product with hands-on knowledge and managing the Privileged ID Management (PIM) domain.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support PIM Infrastructure in production environment
• Identify tasks with repetitive nature and automate wherever feasible
• Align and adopt SRE practices in day-to-day operations
• Work closely with related teams, viz. IAM Ops, Product, Engineering team etc.,
• Track user inputs and Certificate Expiry using Tracking Tool.
• Monitor Certificate expiry notifications and act.
• Front-ending Certificate management Service handling business user queries
• Service oriented professional contributing positively to Service Quality
• Able to Provide artefacts from the service when required.
• Work closely with CPO/PO and other stakeholders to deliver their requirements
• Participate in incident response activities.
• Be SME within PIM production support by providing solutions to complex problem statements
• Automation of the Manual TOIL.
• Creating Observability / Monitoring Dashboards.
• Work on the ADO Pipelines and industry standards and practices for IAM Production support

• Experience with version control using Azure ADO, GIT
• Experience in Scripting / Automation frameworks.
Preferred Skills:
• HashiCorp Product Skills is required skill.
• Develop Bash code for automation and dashboards.
• Participates in production support, especially on the most complex issues.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on root cause and helps drive mitigation or elimination actions for future incidents.
• Identify risks and issues and develops recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues.
