Job Description: 

Job Summary

The job holder is primarily responsible for the end-to-end design and deployment of processes supporting CPBB products and services in Europe, Africa and Middle East.  The holder will also support to Country, Regional and Group initiatives in design, development and implementation of various initiatives as will be requested from time to time. 

Key Responsibilities

•    Ensure process and system design align to Retail Client Process universe, relevant Control Standards and enhance Client experience. 
•    Challenge additional requirements in practice in countries against standards basis applicable Local Regulations/System constraints.
•    Conceptualize processes, identify key risks, suggest controls and issue operating guidelines to all stake holders, with their buy-in.
•    Periodically review changes to procedures required because of new initiatives, new products or regulatory amendments and issue procedures to ensure all stakeholders impacted are aware of the changes and are able to implement new procedures.
•    Participate in all systems & technology related projects and initiatives to ensure that changes and enhancements align to applicable standards.
•    Understand Retail Bank’s Data Model and embed the same in digital solutions.
•    Understand solution/design and interfaces across Origination Systems, Channels, ICM, ICDD, Core Banking, TP systems, Servicing Channels, and other relevant interfaces that participate in the impacted processes in Retail Bank’s Process Universe.
•    Work with Country Contact resources in PDU to provide Training and Conduct post implementation reviews to identify implementation gaps.
•    Achieve Business Efficiency targets.
•    Perform other related duties assigned.

Other Responsibilities
•    Perform other related duties assigned.

Key Requirements for the role:
•    Knowledge of CCIB Client Coverage, Transaction Banking and Financial Markets products – to enable assessment of cross-business issues.
•    Fair understanding of CCIB Credit Risks and assessment including credit analysis.
•    Relevant business experience in operations, business analysis or project management.
•    Strong analytical skills, detail-focused with the ability to interpret large volume of information.
•    Problem solving skills with ability to influence across all levels of business.
•    Ability to independently drive initiatives with minimum hands-on supervision.

Qualifications

•    10+ years’ experience in Retail Processes and Products is essential.
•    Incumbent should possess strong analytical, process design skills with ability to connect policies, standards, system design. 
•    Strong MS Office skills Visio and SharePoint sites is essential.
•    Incumbent should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across Europe Africa & Middle East region.
•    Must be able to work at various time-zones (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
