Job Summary

•    The role holder is accountable for supporting the Program Lead in execution and governance for Technology, Transformation and Operations(TT) Priority 3 Process Simplification program and to delivering all the relevant commitments. The holder’s responsibility covers programme governance and risk mitigation, delivery tracking, benefit case measurement and reporting of the program.


Strategy

•    Work with the TTO Refinement Forum and ensure that is run in accordance to the governance standards
•    Monitor, track, and report on project deliverables through each stage of the project life cycle to ensure projects are completed on time
•    Perform risk assessment and proactive mitigation through effective cross functional liaisons.
•    Support centrally coordinated deliveries like audits, closures, compliance, certifications, program P&L management.

Business

•    Support Program Lead in the planning, delivery and implementation of projects.
•    Deliver robust benefit tracking to ensure results are in line with TTO strategic objectives!
•    Continuously improve delivery capability of the project teams to improve efficiency and quality.
•    Build cross-functional relationships with Group and Country COOs, Risk, Compliance and relevant teams to enhance delivery


Processes

•    Track and updated all decisions, risks, and action items to ensure project is on track and within scope as well as following up with team members and management to make sure these risks/issues are resolved/mitigated.
•    Manage programme delivery including planning, scope, budget and resource allocation, risks and issues etc in 
•    Ensure all the mandated artefacts are produced to the necessary standards and within the required timelines.
•    Liaise with the Portfolio PMO team and participate in and respond to relevant Quality assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•    Perform risk assessment and proactive mitigation through effective cross functional liaisons.

Governance

•    Work with the TTO Refinement Forum and ensure that is run in accordance to the governance standards
•    Ensure all the mandated artefacts are produced to the necessary standards and within the required timelines.
•    Monitor, track, and report on project deliverables through each stage of the project life cycle to ensure projects are completed on time.
•    Provide timely and accurate status updates to key business stakeholders and senior management.
•    Support the adoption and adherence of the Bank’s Project Management Standards and best practices/principles across the programme. 
•    Support centrally coordinated deliveries like audits, closures, compliance, certifications, program P&L management.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
