The role holder will be responsible to program manage the build of Compliance Academy modules catering to the Compliance roles to supplement the Master Generalist Accreditation. The modules to be developed will consist of core and supplemental modules covering compliance risk subtypes along with CFCC specific data engineering, science & quality related modules. In addition, the role will be responsible to curate/ leverage existing material/ programs around key human behavioural skills and supervision skills in support of the development of a fit for future compliance function.

Learning Needs Assessment

  • Continuously assess skill requirements of various personas within CFCC in order to identify specific training needs pertaining to technical, behavioural and supervision areas.

Compliance Academy and Training Program Design 

  • Manage the ongoing development of compliance academy and support the design of learning programs, catering to advisory and professional service roles within Professional Services, in alignment with the identified learning needs Support the organisation, development and implementation of in house training programmes in line with the design program structure, including accreditation programmes for newly recruited staff for Professional/ Managed services. 
  • Support the development of training calendars based on training programs and identified needs of all personas within CFCC.

Content Curation

  • Liaise with In-house (people capability team, CFCC SME’s) and external agencies to support the content development for Compliance modules catering to Advisory & Professional Services roles consisting of core and supplemental modules covering compliance risk subtypes along with CFCC specific data engineering, science & quality related modules. 
  • Leverage and reference existing content and learning journeys around relevant behavioural and professional skills 
  • Leverage existing initiatives and, where necessary, accelerate the rollout; including but not limited to existing leadership programs such as Leader-4-Leader, Ignite Coaching and Core leadership. Identify & develop bespoke initiatives to address any inherent skill shortages.  

Vendor Management

  • Manage vendor relationships in lieu of any external certifications that may be required for specialists as part of the designed training and accreditation programs 

Training Performance

  • Ensure administration of pre- and post training assessments and feedback on usefulness, content, delivery and training performance, and review results in order to take steps to increase its efficiency and effectiveness.

Mass Awareness 

  • Coordinate within CFCC and People Capability team to prepare communication material such as video nuggets and others for spreading mass awareness across the organization through digital medium.

Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Training Management with experience of content curation

  • Professional Memberships: Desirable - Membership with professional associations
