Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Intelligent Test Automation Lead to transform the way User Acceptance Testing is delivered across Cash Management platforms. The role will drive adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation to improve test coverage, accelerate delivery timelines, reduce manual effort, and enhance quality outcomes.
The successful candidate will combine deep expertise in test automation with strong knowledge of modern AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs). They will lead initiatives that automate test design, execution, defect analysis, test data generation, observability validation, and predictive quality analytics.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Testing & Innovation
• Drive AI adoption across the UAT lifecycle.
• Develop AI-assisted solutions for test case generation, requirement analysis, and defect prediction.
• Leverage GenAI tools to automate test documentation, run plans, traceability, and reporting.
• Introduce intelligent quality engineering practices across UAT.
Test Automation Strategy
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks.
• Increase regression automation coverage across strategic applications.
• Build reusable automation assets and self-service testing capabilities.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Quality Engineering
• Implement risk-based testing and predictive analytics.
• Drive shift-left testing and continuous testing practices.
• Analyze quality trends and provide proactive recommendations.
Data & Analytics
• Build dashboards providing insights into quality, defects, risks, and automation benefits.
• Utilize AI and Machine Learning models for quality prediction and release readiness assessment.
• Perform data mining and pattern analysis on defects and production incidents.
Leadership & Capability Building
• Educate UAT teams on AI and intelligent automation.
• Create reusable AI prompt libraries and best practices.
• Mentor testers on modern automation frameworks and AI tools.
• Conduct technology evaluations and proof-of-concepts.

Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with AI and machine learning models, especially natural language processing (NLP).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and relevant AI frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
