• Responsible for driving through various development/testing phases and implement in production
Key Responsibilities
People & Talent
• Working experience in banking industry and familiar with financial products is good
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a must.
• Strong communication skills including English speaking and writing
• Customer-focused approach and attention to details.
• A team player; multi-culturally aware with proven success working with cross-functional project teams in global service delivery model
• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values
• Must have strong sense of responsibility/ownership
• A good understanding of SDLC/AGILE and business process improvement.
• Good knowledge of Java development techniques and environments
• Software development lifecycle experience in a mature CI/CD environment is good
• Good to have Service or Microservice architecture (REST and SOAP)
• Good to know Frameworks (Spring, Spring boot, Camel, JMS, Solace, Kafka )
• Good to know UI (Ember, ReactJs, HTML5, CSS )
• Build automation tools (Ant, Maven, Gradle )
• Application server (Jboss, Tomcat
