Job Summary
Strategy
• We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead and manage system integration between SAP Ariba and Evisort, while driving technology compliance and cloud governance initiatives across the organization. The role will ensure secure, resilient, and compliant integration architecture aligned with enterprise standards.

• Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.
• Responsibility to review production capacity plans and incident trends

Key Responsibilities
• Ariba–Evisort Integration Management
• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end integration between SAP Ariba and Evisort.
• Define data flow architecture, API configurations, and middleware orchestration.
• Ensure contract metadata, supplier data, and ERP IDs sync accurately between platforms.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with vendor technical teams.
• Manage change requests, enhancements, and release cycles.
• Ensure GDPR and regional data residency compliance for integrations.
• Technology Compliance & Cloud Governance
• Drive cloud governance policies across SaaS platforms.
• Ensure compliance with:
• Security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, internal IT controls)
• TPSA (Third Party Security Assessment)
• Data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR alignment where applicable)
• Tax and regulatory compliance requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation controls are implemented.
• Review vendor security posture and manage audit responses.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure cloud resilience (backup, DR, RTO/RPO compliance).

Qualifications
• Languages English
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in enterprise IT systems integration and cloud governance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba integrations.
• Experience working with SaaS contract lifecycle management platforms (Evisort preferred).
