Key Responsibilities

Strategy
The Risk Reporting and Service Delivery Team is actively engaged in the generation of risk reports covering key metrics across the Financial and Non-Financial risk types for the Group, thereby providing timely information for effective risk management and complying with the regulatory requirements. This role pertaining to Non- Financial Risk Reporting would require active involvement as a person as well as a people manager.
The Non-Financial Risk Reporting- CFCC team in RRSD -GBS is being set up to work on centralizing reports across various countries to the Managed Services team.


Business
Reports generated in the country CFCC teams would cater to multiple requirements such as internal reporting to Senior Management and Risk Committees as well as External submissions based on Regulatory requirements. These processes once centralized will facilitate the MI requirements for the various CFCC stakeholders.

 

Processes
The incumbent is expected to
· Liaise with stakeholders in different locations to understand the reporting process
· Identify the data sets required for the MI generation as well as tools used in the current process
· Carryout the parallel runs and ensure successful go-live aligned to the Project Plan
· Perform the report generation and allied activities for accurate and timely submissions
· Ensure sufficient controls around the process and identify areas of improvement
· Align to potential digitization of the reports as per project plans

People & Talent
· Ensure timely sharing of knowledge for process continuity with updated documentation


Risk Management
· Ensure delivery risks are mitigated or escalated without delay


Governance
· Manage and track discussion and delivery timelines for reporting requests for playback to senior stakeholders
