Job Summary
Responsible for translating business requirements into clear functional specifications, enabling effective implementation of Client List reporting solutions in Informatica. The role bridges business, technology, and data teams to ensure accurate delivery, testing, and business impact validation.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Management
• Understand and analyse business requirements for Client List and regulatory reporting
• Translate business needs into clear, structured functional requirements
• Prepare requirement walkthroughs for technology teams
Technology Coordination (Informatica)
• Work closely with technology teams to explain requirements and logic
• Support design and implementation within Informatica workflows
• Clarify business rules, data mappings, and transformation logic
Testing & Validation
• Perform functional testing (SIT/UAT) post implementation
• Validate data accuracy and rule implementation
• Identify defects and coordinate resolution with technology teams
Business Impact Analysis
• Assess impact of changes on Client List outputs and regulatory reports
• Perform variance analysis and explain output differences
• Confirm final outputs meet business and regulatory expectations
Documentation & Governance
• Maintain clear and audit-ready documentation (requirements, test cases, user guides)
• Document ADO tickets, rule logic, and process flows
• Ensure traceability from requirement to implementation
Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a bridge between Business, Technology, and Data teams
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues
• Support discussions with stakeholders including GPO and reporting teams

- Requires 5+ years of experience in the relevant field
Qualifications
• Strong experience in Performance Management, MI, Business Analysis or PMO roles
• Deep analytical capability with proven experience in dashboards, metrics, and performance/benefit tracking
• Good understanding of KYC / CDD / Financial Crime change programmes preferred
• Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to DataIKU, Tableau or similar BI tools
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights for senior stakeholders
• Strong governance mindset with focus on controls, accuracy, and traceability
• SQL proficiency for data validation and analysis
• Experience in regulatory reporting / client data / KYC / banking domain (preferred)
• Ability to perform business impact and variance analysis
