Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Manager manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies and plans for Catalyst Testing, identifying Test scope, Risks and priorities. Also create and manage test schedules to align with overall Catalyst Migration strategy. Test Team Management, Test execution and Monitoring, Defect Management, Communication and Stakeholder Management, Process improvement would be the primarily responsibilities in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy
This role involves developing and implementing test strategies and plans for Catalyst Testing, identifying Test scope, Risks and priorities. Also create and manage test schedules to align with overall Catalyst Migration strategy
Business
Should possess strong understanding of Software Testing Methodologies
• Software Testing Methodologies – Good understanding of software testing methodologies and alignment according to Business Applications
• Experience with Test Automation Frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with ADO and proficient in testing tools
• Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills
• Strong Problem-solving and Analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Processes
- The Domain Test manager for Technology and Architecture domain will establish frameworks to implement Testing governance. Identify and assess Testing requirements for Catalyst and develop strategies. Establish Metrics and reporting to monitor Software quality performance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance Testing processes, tools, and methodologies
People & Talent
It involves coordinating the various tasks and stakeholders involved in Application Testing within Technology and Architectur

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience in Software testing, Test Automation framework and Tools.
3. Strong understanding of Test Automation tools
4. Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives concurrently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
