Job Summary

•    Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-scale document and content management solutions that enable secure, reliable, and efficient management of business-critical information 
•    Provide hands-on technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, including development, solution design, software engineering, code reviews, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives 
•    Drive the development of scalable, secure, and resilient microservices and APIs while contributing to platform modernization, automation, operational excellence, and adoption of engineering best practices  

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Development
•    Actively contribute to software development through coding, debugging, refactoring, and implementation of new features and platform enhancements.
•    Build and maintain reusable services, libraries, frameworks, and integration components to improve development efficiency and platform consistency.
•    Develop automated unit, integration, and regression test suites to ensure solution quality and reliability.
•    Conduct code reviews and champion engineering best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles
