Job Summary

•    Spl'st, QA & Testing: To have Testing knowledge (Manual & Automation) and Strong understanding of how Mobile and chat messaging apps works. 

•    The candidate will be working along with Delivery Lead to support the squads deliverable and will liaise with the product owner for any specific modules assigned directly for delivery. To be part of the Agile ceremonies along with other squad members.  Coordinating with business stakeholders to understand application design and functionality to understand on the Use cases.

•    Expectation is to bring in value adds on the product lifecycle and enhance existing product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role. 

Business
•    Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates 

Processes
•    Creating Functional & Non-Functional Test cases by liaising with relevant stakeholders in business, operations, and technology. 
•    Prepare Test Plan and Test Strategy by liaising with the Project team and agreeing realistic milestone that fits into project timeline.
•    Defect Management, Independent Testing & Performance Testing. 
•    Testing support including providing answers to queries and test management when required. 
•    Review and coordinate with Business stake holders and other interface development team on test closure – and ensure any changes against the Functional spec.
•    Provide support as required for UAT and UVT activities such as communication, scope, timelines, and risk. 
•    Bridging clarifications/gaps and signoffs from all relevant stakeholders for Functional & Non-Functional Test artifacts.
•    Track and manage project progress as well as issues.

People & Talent 
•    Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
•    Employ, engage and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles.
•    Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives.

Risk Management
•    The ability to interpret and identify key risks issues in system and put in place appropriate controls and measures
•    Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations. Where appropriate, direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees

Governance 
•    Accountable to govern the adherence to tech policies and processes required to support applications in production environment.
•    Accountable to govern the adherence to tech policies and processes required for change of applications in production
•    Accountable to govern the adherence to tech policies and processes required for incident and problem management

Field of Study    Computer Science/Information Technology & related fields
Certification    Bachelor of Science or higher.
•    Automation framework such as Genie, Cucumber, BDD etc.,
•    Java, Selenium, Cucumber, RestAssured API, JavaScript, Python, Ruby 
•    Performance Testing using JMeter, LoadRunner
•    Test Life Cycle.
