Job Description: 

Job Summary

In partnership with Delivery Excellence and Business PMOs, enable Hives to deliver optimal outcomes and financial discipline by providing structured governance, operational support, and proactive oversight across contracts, planning, and spend management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Ensures that plans established for programme are maintained / tracked to ensure the programme is managed in a manner that maximizes probability of delivery of the programme objectives.
•    Ensure benefit case for assigned initiatives are achieved 100%, and look at innovative ways to bring these forward into the early years of the program.

Processes
•    Responsible for administers and timely updates on financial, resource plan, and any other static data to various governance forums (i.e., Refinement Forum (RF), Steering Co, Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR), Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR), etc.). Ensure the data is meaningful, accurate, relevant, and data is current. 
•    Responsible to conduct and run the Refinement forum (RF).
•    Ensure the re-baseline requests / change requests, closure reports are fully documented before presenting for approval

Risk Management
•    Coordinates, escalates, and reports on Programme key risks and issues. Recorded in Bank’s project management tools (i.e., Clarity, PlanView), and proper and timely mitigations for closure in RF.   

Governance
•    Proactively Manage Contract renewals co-ordinating with DTL/Hive Leads.
•    Ensure ER / SR is raised and SC Buy process is thoroughly followed.
•    Ensure risk assessments in engagement requests are properly reviewed and approved
•    Ensure Forecast Vs Actuals and Budget Variance are properly managed within Hives
•    Ensure accruals and recharges are properly managed within the financial year
•    Ensure tasks are created and assigned to resources aligning with capex / opex guidelines.
•    Review the timesheet submission and ensure no under recovery for the domain.
•    Work with DTL/Hive Leads to collate and submit projects to BAU flowthrough.

•    Review the aXess data with the Hive Leads and maintain in the tool. Review and get the sign off from DTL
•    Coordinate and facilitate the activities for Pre BRP and Big Room Planning
•    Review the BRP committed features in ADO and share the metrics with Hive management on weekly basis.
•    Validate the Data Quality in ADO and report to product owners for correction.
•    Actively participate in DRB process and provide the required inputs for MT approval and sign off.
•    Raise purchase order requisitions once the SoW is signed off.
•    Review with hive leads and maintain payment tracker by scheduling monthly calls to review the milestone payments.
•    Ensure to submit the invoices to finance as per the milestone completion. Follow up with finance team to ensure payment is processed and sent to vendor.
