Job Summary

Strategy
As a Senior manager Development, you will provide technical support and establish standards on getting requirements from the functional team. 
Role and Responsibilities
•    Develop the solutions and enhancements and implement solutions for performances and ensure standards in design and implementation.
•    Be part of the process for project requirements, design, developments, and testing.
•    Act as technical COE to govern the modifications towards high standards and ensure no operational impact during transportation of objects.
•    Manage Critical issues to handle in a quick turnaround time to ensure business continuity by providing technical fixes
•    Deliver all RICEFS on given project timelines.
•    Develop SAP technical architecture requirements and specifications to ensure the system meets corporate standards.
•    Understand and document technical requirements, and perform knowledge transfer


Business
•    A key priority for T&I as part of the Aspire Program is to establish a Dev Ops hub across Aspire SAP suite of products and new ways of working.
•    This role in India will play a critical role as a member of the Aspire Program contributing to the solution delivery of projects across Finance functions; Ledger, Consolidation, Financial and Management Reporting, Cost allocations and transfer pricing, planning and performance management; Master Data Governance.
•    The role will include mid-senior stakeholder engagement, project management responsibility, solution / process design, operational delivery, risk and issue resolution.   

Key Responsibilities

•    Align with the bank process and standards and ensure there are no deviations
People & Talent
•    Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations within the team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
•    Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks

Risk Management
•    Identify risks associated with technology services in the portfolio and develop mitigating solutions with associated costs and benefits to allow the business to make informed risk management decisions
Governance
•    This role requires strong technical skills along with experience in implementing new technology platforms from design through into BAU.  
•    Ability to understand functional specifications to build technical designs is preferred
•    Good interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across multiple locations.

Qualifications

Education: Masters Or Bachelors Degree In Engineering/ Technology/Computer Science
Training : Sap Bw / Sap Abap Skills
Certifications: Sap Certifications – Added Advantage 

Skills and Experience

•    SAP ABAP
•    Native HANA data modelling
•    SAP BW on HANA/BW/4HANA
•    BW specific functional knowledge of various SAP Modules
•    HANA Life-Cycle Management
