Job Summary

  •  Able to perform Testing related work which may not be straight forward and repetitive
  • Should have the knowledge and work experience on the Retail On-boarding end to end journey of CCPL & CASA & TD products
  • Should be well-versed  on the User stories review, Test cases preparation, test data prepartion, ADO/JIRA Actions, runplan , test execution procedures
  • Should have the knowledge and understanding of digital onboarding journey covering the end to end process coving authentication policy, CDD/KYC, Risk, Credit and Fraud handling
  • To ensure that the current processes are challenged and automate the process wherever possible basis the project capabilities
  • Highlights gaps are recorded between the current and new systems and tracked for closure due to system change or implementation of new system
  • SIT / UAT test scripts are prepared in accordance with the FSD/DCO document
  • SIT / UAT test scripts are executed and defects are raised within the given timelines
  • Defects raised are tagged into the correct severity by analysing the impact
  • Conduct walkthrough and demo to business stakeholders as necessary
  • Knowledge and experience of using Agile tools such as JIRA/ADO, Confluence, etc.
  • Closure of UAT bugs and re-test where applilcable
  • Supports and involves in change management plans in achieving mutual objectives to manage change.
  • To provide support for UAT / UVT during any workflow changes and Field level validation
  • Ensure that the new system is successfully rolled out post UAT and support post go-live where applicable
  • Able to identify sudden changes & raise the CR to project team
  • To have a sense of urgency in meeting deliverables in TAT and Accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 8+ years of Testing experience in Retail & Liability products

  • Must have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills to interact with many different personalities/ stakeholders and reach consensus when necessary

  • Experience with agile frameworks

  • Test scenarios / Cases preparation
