• As a UI/UX Designer, you will be tasked with managing all aspects of user experience and interface design for new and existing digital products from inception through delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and enterprise standards teams to design intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences aligned with organizational design guidelines. In addition, you will collaborate with project teams, partners, and third-party vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Interact with business users, product owners, and stakeholders to understand user needs, pain points, and functional requirements
• Translate business and user requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces following usability, accessibility, and design best practices
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, UI standards, and reusable components
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Support project planning, effort estimation, and design approach definition
• Participate in solution design workshops, proof of concepts, and design reviews
• Ensure designs comply with branding, accessibility (WCAG), and enterprise UX standards
• Partner with business and product teams to prioritize features based on user impact and business value
• Create interactive prototypes for stakeholder demos and UAT support
• Review and validate UI implementations during UAT and production releases
• Continuously evaluate UX trends, tools, and best practices to improve product experience
• Support post-release enhancements, usability improvements, and production issues

Skills and Experience
• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design with strong enterprise or large-scale product exposure
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end UX from requirements to production support
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers
• Ability to communicate clearly with business, technical, and leadership teams
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
• Strong query language skills (SQL , Hive ,HBase, Spark SQL)
• Strong data analysis skills using Microstrategy Tableau
• Business Intelligence tools and Decision Support Systems
• Data Management and Data Quality Management techniques
• Data Story telling using visualisations
Qualifications
