Job Summary

Strategy
•    3 to 5 Years of experience in working and delivering Data science/AI-ML projects. Should have clear conceptual and working knowledge in these areas.
•    8 to 10 Years of experience in application development using SQL, Postgres, Oracle, UNIX(RHEL) & shell scripting 
•    Excellent knowledge on infrastructure capacity planning for the projects to efficiently manage the production, Test and Dev systems.
•    Should be able to grasp and conceptualize the configuration of the technical components for Silent8, Fircosoft product using tools and expertise in the areas of system configuration, APIs, unix shell script, SQL query.
•    Support and guide the team in finding and resolving critical production issues with technical expertise.
•    Good understanding of fundamental architecture and design principles, object-orientation principles, and coding standards.
•    Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
•    Develops implementation tools and process with an eye on automating manual activities.
•    Experience in presenting solutions to architecture forums and follow the principles and standards in implementation. Should be able to influence the architecture and the solution for the screening applications for the best outcome for the bank.
•    Work closely with vendor team for technical as well as functional solution design and delivery.
•    Continuous engagement with vendor & partner teams to ensure zero delivery risks to cost and schedul

•    Compliant to SDF/TDA/RAT process and drive bank towards automating process areas removing redundancies.
•    Experienced in Agile methodology and Waterfall models.
•    Understanding on source control, versioning, branching etc.
•    Descent knowledge on testing methodologies like performance testing, smoke testing, stress testing, endurance testing, etc.
•    Run code reviews and ensure the implementation adheres to standards and solution desig

•    Should be able to positively motivate the team members to achieve stretched objectives.
•    Capable of resolving issues quickly that arise among team members. Should be able to manage escalations from stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

•    Should have overall 18 years of relevant experience in IT industry with Technology delivery roles and preferably majority in banking domain with exposure to Screening/AML.
•    The role will lead a nimble and lean agile squad. Hence the ideal candidate would need to multitask in terms of technology SME, domain SME and delivery roles.
•    Should have 15 years of experience in owning and coordinating project deliverables and activities. , that also includes Release Management.
•    You participate in all phases of the design, test, and implementation process, helping to modify the project scope, identify and troubleshoot problems with implementation or efficiency, perform data analysis to assess what types of modifications need to occur, and determine how well the new implementations are working.
•    Should be able to influence stakeholders with clear KPIs to achieve the business goals in bank’s interest.
•    Should have excellent motivation, communication skills (oral & written) along with good presentation and documentation skills.
•    Create and own project plan(s) and implementation cost. End to end ownership of technology delivery.
•    Ability to multi-task and engage productively on multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
•    Should be able to negotiate with stakeholders in effective manner to create a win-win situation for the project objectives.
•    Manage PMO spocs for the projects with clear management of financials. Accurate forecasting and planning aiming towards zero variance.
