Job Summary

As part of the CELO Business Management Team, this role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the CELO strategic and business management priorities, with a focus on executive communication, performance tracking, and structured delivery of key outputs. The role involves developing strategy presentations, management information, and business updates by translating complex data and inputs into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders, with an understanding of the end-to-end CIB client lifecycle across onboarding, KYC (CDD), credit, account maintenance & servicing, and offboarding.

 

This is a global role requiring close collaboration across functions, geographies, and business partners to support the delivery of business management workstreams. The individual will operate as a structured and data-driven contributor, coordinating inputs, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality outputs, contributing to a consistent and effective business management capability that supports client-centric outcomes and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Support development of strategic presentations and management packs for senior stakeholders, including articulation of current state, target state, and key transformation priorities that reports both financial and non financial information (examples include monthly business review decks, segment & lending product specific senior stakeholder decks, strategic and (multiyear) corporate planning decks, regulatory required decks (FCA, PRA), transformation agenda presentations
•    Compile and synthesise inputs across teams (CELO MT) to build clear, structured narratives for strategy, performance, and business updates
•    Distil complex data, inputs, and operational insights into clear, structured, and logically sequenced narratives for senior stakeholder presentations
•    Assist in tracking key strategic initiatives and translating progress into executive-ready insights and updates
•    Contribute to structuring and visualising end-to-end client lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, KYC, servicing, lending, offboarding) within strategy materials, articulating the narratives and performance insights backed with objective data and analysis
•    Support identification of trends, themes, and opportunities based on operational performance data

 

Business
•    Support preparation and tracking of key performance metrics (e.g., productivity, turnaround time, volumes, headcount and cost indicators)
•    Assist in building and maintaining management information and performance reporting for leadership forums
•    Contribute to analysis of operational and financial data to highlight insights, risks, and areas requiring attention
•    Support ongoing monitoring of business performance against targets, including basic variance analysis, cost and headcount management, and trend tracking
•    Tracking of MT Key Books of Work to develop understanding of inter-connected streams for a holistic view

Processes
•    Assist in driving structured and timely delivery of key business management outputs (e.g., strategy decks, reporting packs, submissions)
•    Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to ensure completeness and alignment of deliverables
•    Track timelines, milestones, and dependencies across workstreams, and escalate risks or delays where appropriate
•    Support continuous improvement of reporting and working processes to enhance efficiency and clarity of outputs

•    Support identification and tracking of potential risks in performance, reporting outputs, or delivery timelines
•    Ensure data accuracy and consistency across materials and reports

•    Assist in preparation of leadership materials for business updates, governance forums, and performance reviews
•    Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in all outputs
•    Support adherence to internal governance requirements and reporting standards

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
•    Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is a requirement
•    Ability to analyse and interpret data and translate insights into structured outputs
•    Experience in developing structured, executive-level presentations (e.g., strategy decks, senior management updates) is preferred
•    Exposure to banking operations, client lifecycle processes (e.g., onboarding, KYC, credit, servicing) is preferred
•    Experience working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment with multiple deadlines
•    Experience in strategy, consulting, or similar roles involving structured problem solving and executive presentation development is preferred
•    English, local language
