Job Summary
Work as a Delivery and tech Lead under Finance (Tax & Transfer pricing) Technology. Individual will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the Tax and TP IGAR program within the stipulated timelines, Transition to the target operating model and sustain the delivery and benefits committed. Bring out the risk and issues on a timely manner and collaborate with required group to arrive on a suitable solution to address them.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Tax and Transfer Pricing technology estate, ensuring successful delivery of change initiatives, platform sustainability, operational resilience and regulatory commitments.
• Partner with Tax and Transfer Pricing Product Owners and business stakeholders to deliver business outcomes, sustain programme benefits and evolve the target operating model.
• Own end-to-end technology delivery across the platform, including planning, execution, production support, risk management, audit readiness and control compliance.
• Provide technology leadership across upstream/downstream integrations - Finance, WRB, CIB and other, managing dependencies, stakeholder expectations and delivery governance.
• Lead and develop the engineering team, driving accountability, innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement across the Transfer Pricing technology landscape.

Qualifications
Key Experiences
• Partner closely with the Tax and Transfer Pricing Product Owner to drive business outcomes, operating model evolution, data strategy and benefit realisation.
• Provide technology leadership across the Tax and Transfer Pricing estate, balancing strategic initiatives, regulatory commitments, platform sustainability and day-to-day operational delivery.
• Act as the primary technology counterpart for Tax and Transfer pricing , Finance, Architecture, Operations and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment across priorities, dependencies and delivery commitments.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies across upstream and downstream systems and proactively address delivery risks, issues and constraints.
• Lead technology governance, audit responses, control remediation, risk management and service resilience activities across the platform landscape.
• Act as the single point of contact for technology delivery across Finance, WRB and CIB integrations, ensuring requirements are understood, designed, implemented and transitioned successfully into production.
Demonstrate strong understanding of end-to-end data flows, controls, reconciliations and batch processing patterns, with the ability to identify optimisation and automation opportunities.
• 10+ years of technology experience within Banking or Financial Services, including experience supporting Tax, Transfer Pricing or closely related Finance technology domains.
• Strong Tax and Transfer Pricing domain knowledge is mandatory. The successful candidate should be able to operate with minimal ramp-up time, engage confidently with business stakeholders and provide leadership across both delivery and platform sustainability activities.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.
