Job Summary

 

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Reporting and Insights Manager to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind delivering top-notch reporting solutions using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Data Iku, and good old MS Excel. You'll also be our go-to expert for executing ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) strategies. If you love diving into data and turning it into actionable insights, this could be your perfect fit!

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Plan and strategize the delivery of regular reports (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly).
  •  Execute ETL strategies to create comprehensive reports that pull data from various sources.
  • Be the data guru for Talent Acquisition and business colleagues, providing insights to help them understand hiring trends, requisition stats, and challenges.
  • Generate and publish reports/dashboards that offer actionable insights.
  • Regularly validate reports and automate insights generation using BI tools like Tableau
  • Execute ETL processes to consolidate data for Executive hiring, Lateral Hiring, Early Careers, and Employer Brand initiatives.
  • Create custom reports for TA leadership to support strategic initiatives.
  • Guide TA colleagues to self-serve and analyze individual trends using published reports/dashboards.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent breaches.
  • Ensure that reporting helps Talent Acquisition colleagues comply with regulatory requirements, Country POIs, and all Standard Chartered processes and policies.
  • Lead by example and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong technical skills in MS Excel and reporting tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Data Iku.
  • Experience in executing ETL strategies and processes.
  • Ability to generate and publish actionable reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in validating and automating insights generation.
  • Experience in supporting and training colleagues to use reporting solutions.
  • Strong risk management skills related to data governance and compliance

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a similar role within Talent Acquisition or People Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with regulatory and business standards.
