Job Title: Corporate Real Estate Graduate Programme 2026 

Our Global Banking team provides credit and advisory solutions to Corporate and Financial Institutions clients across the world. Global Banking’s comprehensive product capabilities span across loans, bonds, structured credit and advisory solutions. The solutions offered by Global Banking are catered to address a diverse set of client needs and sectors – with expertise across financing for investment clients, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, fund finance, transportation finance and sustainable finance.

What is CRE: 

CRE focuses on buying, selling, leasing, and management of properties used for business purposes – such as offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial sites. For graduates, it offers a fast-paced environment that combines market analysis, negotiation and relationship building. It’s a team where commercial awareness, communication skills and an interest in markets and finance are key.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies relevant for the commercial real estate sector
  • Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyse the impact of different capital structures
  • Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance
  • Assist in the evaluation and completion all required credit approval documents and regulatory examinations
  • Preparation of credit applications for credit approval process for commercial real estate
  • Work with portfolio analytics & monitoring and client management teams on the execution and review of new and existing real estate loans
