Country Infrastructure Regional Lead is responsible for supporting infrastructure installed in the markets within the region, maintaining stability, escalating issues, and driving the implementation and adherence to Standard Chartered Group Technology standards within markets. The incumbent should have strong relationships with technology teams both in-market and in Group domains, particularly with Country Architects, and actively advocate for market business needs with Group. The role requires the person to manage diverse teams, uphold high standards and service management with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
• Migrate to, implement, operate and adhere to Global Technology standards for services operating in-market.
• Contribute to the development of Technology strategies and standards by providing intelligence on in-market business objectives and technology challenges within the market to Group teams.
• Understand business requirements and advocate for the market, ensuring that local business needs and constraints are considered when Technology standards are developed or amended.
• Maintain stakeholder management and engagement with the local business on technology changes and developments in progress or consideration.
• Ensure adherence to processes defined by Global Service owners.
• Actively seek opportunities to terminate or automate manual processes.
• Build and nurture high-performing teams with diverse skill sets, expertise and experience.
• Ensure alignment with applicable Indonesian financial services regulations and OJK requirements, supporting regulatory compliance, governance,and engagement with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, including security vulnerabilities, stability, resilience and performance issues.
• Actively drive service management governance of services delivered locally, particularly vendor delivered services.
• Monitor Group provided services delivered to market and escalate to resolve gaps in service delivery.
• Understand and deliver governance frameworks in place for Network services, End User services, and, where present, Data Centre operations, Virtualisation, Storage, and Backup services.

Qualifications
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Technology or related field, with at least 15 years of work experience in similar role from the banking industry
• Strong experience in Infrastructure Support, Incident resolution, Data Centre operations, Network services, End User services, Stakeholder management, Vendor management/qualifications and certifications
• ITIL certification
• Strong understanding of applicable OJK regulations and the Indonesia financial-services regulatory environment, with experience engaging with OJK and/or other relevant regulatory authorities
• Demonstrated people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in other languages considered an advantage
