Job Summary

We are seeking several experienced and technically strong developers for the initiatives within our Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Centre of Excellence. This role involves end-to-end development of innovative, high-impact projects involving blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, and enterprise-grade integrations. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of deep technical expertise skills to drive product delivery across emerging technologies and regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate must be a skilled professional who has E2E software development experience with a desire to work on an agile, dynamic and flat organisational structure.  Must have hands-on experience in building applications to manage client journey and experience.  They will be matured individuals who are comfortable working in an agile environment with critical peer reviews of design and code. They must be able to offer constructive critical reviews of other’s designs and code. They will be able to research, trial, and recommend new technologies of interest to the group. They will have experience with taking code through testing, deployment, and production.

Core competencies essential to success in this role include being action-oriented with the ability to deliver under tight timelines while maintaining quality.  Strong collaborative skills are vital, alongside a commitment to excellent client focus.

You will be expected to provide clear guidance and clarity to team members and stakeholders, manage ambiguity with agility, and demonstrate courage in decision-making.  Strategic mindset and the ability to instil trust are key qualities along with a commitment to continuous learning to keep pace with evolving technologies. Technical competencies will be assessed thoroughly to ensure alignment with role-specific requirements and standards.

Skills and Experience

• Advanced backend development expertise using Java, Solidity for smart contracts, RESTful API standards, and microservices design, ensuring scalable and maintainable applications.
• Deep understanding of DLT use cases such as tokenisation of Real World Assets (RWA), facilitation of Cross-Border Payments, Decentralised Identity (DID) systems, and development of smart contract-enabled financial products.
• DevOps proficiency including containerisation technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Helm. Experience deploying to cloud platforms like AWS EKS, Azure AKS, with openness to Google Cloud innovations.
• Strong foundation in cryptography and security principles, encompassing public/private key infrastructure, symmetric and asymmetric encryption methods, digital signatures, and secure key management to uphold transaction and data integrity.
• Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with permissioned blockchain platforms, including Quorum, Hyperledger Besu, Hyperledger Fabric, and Corda. Competency in provisioning, configuring, and orchestrating these platforms for enterprise use. 
• Experience relevant to CBDC(Central Bank Digital Currency) , e-CNY & mBridge.
• Experience with public blockchains like Ethereum, Solona & etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related majors
• Fluent oral English
• Quick leaner and self-driven
