Job Summary
• Manage and improve debit card product and remittance services through innovative CVP and great client experiences
• Build and lead the payment product deliverables in a fast-evolving payment landscape
• Launch and implement portfolio programs on payment usage and activation
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business
• Define, manage and execute payment strategies
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to define client journey and specific country requirements
• Work closely with marketing, digital channel and sales teams to execute effective go-to market plans
• Review and improve operational processes to support the product and service journeys
• Leverage on payments capabilities to improve client activation, CASA stickiness and relationship deepening
Processes, Risk & Governance
• Drive simplification in processes to deliver better client experience and cost efficiencies
• Review and improve operational processes to support the product and service journeys
• Identify, mitigate, monitor and resolve risk issues
• Review product operations, client experience, client complaints to ensure operational issues are resolved
• Work closely with in-country Project Managers and Compliance, and regulators to ensure the retail payment agenda and requirements are met
• Ensure adherence to bank’s values; legal & compliance as top-of-mind during strategy and execution
• Ensure reporting requirements are met in a timely manner

Key Experiences
