Job Description: 

Job Summary

Strategy
•    Coverage of Capital Market Product and Solutions (CMPS) and Bancassurance products to deliver the proper solutions under the framework of Business Strategy to meet the needs across from Retail Banking and SME Banking clients.
•    Manage and develop strong product solutions and smooth workflow to deliver differentiated product proposition and brand identity.
•    Develop and manage powerful product solutions and smooth workflows; deliver unique product propositions and brand identity.
•    Product management for Wealth Management Products (Bancassurance Products, Bonds, Overdraft & Student File).
•    Leading Student File sales team to increase FX revenue and fee income through cross border payments.

Business
•    Collaborate with Wealth Management and [Retail/Business] Banking to bring the best values to our clients through:
•    Product ideation and innovation
•    Product pipeline planning Product audience planning
•    Provision of best execution for CMPS products
•    Infrastructure implementation to ensure a seamless workflow
•    Keep refreshed mindset on market change and industry trend to ensure product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Processes
•    Assist in system integration and implementation in order to ensure the streamlining and increase in productivity.
•    Assist with system integration and upgrades to ensure efficient operations.
•    Consistently review and upgrade existing product features, services, workflows to improve client experiences and make sure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and group policy.
•    Continuously test and upgrade the functions, services and workflows of existing products to improve customer experience in accordance with local regulatory requirements and group policies.

People & Talent
•    Conduct training to Sales team to enhance product knowledge and market sense.
•    Provide training to fund product sales and other sales personnel to improve their product knowledge and market knowledge.
•    Established professional code and communication skills when collaborating with other teams.
•    Collaborate and communicate professionally with other teams.

Risk Management
•    Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties.
•    Implement and comply with anti-money laundering requirements in the performance of their duties.
•    Comply with the regulations on the prevention of money laundering, be alert to unusual or suspicious customer activities at all times, and report any suspicious activities to the Anti-Money Laundering Supervision Group and line manager.
•    Mitigation of risks and resolution of issues in a timely manner including developing suitable controls and measuring their effectiveness.
•    Develop appropriate risk control measures and measure their effectiveness to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
•    Proactive identification and reporting of risks and concerns.
•    Proactively identify and report risk issues

Governance
•    Adherence to laws and regulations, internal risk and compliance policies (including anti-money laundry, sanction, anti-bribery & corruption and relevant FCC risks) and the Group Code of Conduct.

•    Timely completion of all mandatory risk and compliance training, including e-learning by the set deadlines.

•    Fully understand the importance of consumer protection, prevent damage to the best interests of consumers, implement regulatory requirements related to consumer protection, ensure completion of relevant training, and always embed consumer protection awareness in daily work.
•    Fully understand the importance of fraud prevention, prevent fraud risks, maintain safe and steady operation of the position, implement regulatory requirements of fraud prevention, strictly execute DOIs of the department, ensure to complete relevant trainings and embed fraud prevention in daily work.
•    Fully understand the importance of fraud prevention, guard against fraud risks, maintain safe and stable operation of positions, implement anti-fraud supervision requirements, strictly implement department management documents, ensure completion of relevant training, and integrate anti-fraud into daily work.

Our Ideal Candidate

Education

•    Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university

Experience

•    6-8 years of relevant working experience

Certifications

•    All necessary training and/or certification as required by IDRA 

•    BIA Bancassurance Certification (as per regulatory requirement)

Languages

•    Bangla, English
