Title: Officer, Regulatory Reporting, WRB Ops

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation and submission of regulatory reports relating to Loans, Credit Cards and Liability accounts.
• Responding the regulatory queries on day-to-day basis.
• Visit the regulator time to time for different issues.
• Work with different regulators and internal stakeholders (Branches, CFCC, Tax, Finance, etc.) for handling the regulatory orders.
• Drive different system related changes/UAT/UVT jointly with the implementation team and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with the applicable Policies/Guidelines and relevant local regulations.
• Manage the unclaimed account maintenance process, settle the customers’ claims, communication with central bank, periodic reporting & reconciliation.

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Qualifications
• Minimum Graduate from a reputed University
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• A good team player and has the confidence to make decisions and act on the same
• Has ability to work under pressure and meet tight regulatory deadlines.
• Good command over computer applications MS-Office
• Experience in the relevant field would be treated as added advantage
Role Specific Technical Competencies
• Knowledge about Country Regulations relating to Credit Card products
• Knowledge about Banking Companies Act
• Communication skill
• Computer literacy
