Job Summary
Portfolio Management:
• Ensure portfolio management activities are carried out in structured manner.
• Analyze and monitor portfolio performance to deepen corporate customer relationship in search of revenue enhancement opportunities and to upgrade customer experience.
• Make systematic plans on onboarding of EB companies, especially those having corporate relationships with SCB.
• Identify revenue enhancement opportunities and area for cost cutting.
MIS & Packs:
• Providing ADs with relevant snapshot of Employee Banking (EB) penetration through EB Salary dump and Product holding data.
• Circulating the Updated EB Client list to all the channels when a new on-boarding takes place or a relationship is upgraded.
Data Maintenance:
• Maintaining the database of Product Matrix, and ensure correct tagging at various level, EB, CIC, CC & CIC/CC RM mapping.
• Maintain Company contact points, contact details and addresses for the EB Corporate and update when as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
On-Boarding :
• Centrally preparing the introductory letter for the new EB team as and when required.
• Finalizing Product offerings for on-boarding new EB Corporate houses.
• Reviewing Company On-boarding documents for final approval.
• Archiving offer sets centrally at the Program Team’s end.
Data Health Checks:
• Track the correctness of the incoming portfolio tagging on the number of Accounts opened monthly.
• De-enrolment process (Half-yearly).
• Collating monthly Employer code and INST code rectification batch based on daily e-mail requests from Employers and sent to Account Services to ensure correct Portfolio tagging.
Group Correspondence:
• Preparing the monthly EB Monthly Report for Group reporting.
• Preparing the monthly EB Growth Agenda Tracker for Group.
• Attending Group Calls and providing report and data as required.
Marketing:
• Designing EB Sales Materials and facilitating promotional activities and Marketing Campaigns.
• Getting Offer letter, review offer letter, customized SOC format, and various customer communication letters as and when required vetted through Client Experience, Marketing and Compliance.
Key stakeholders
• Internal: All Product & Segment Heads/Managers, BRM Head / Managers, Client Relationship Heads, Branch Managers, , CDD Operations, Client Experience, Fraud Risk Management, People Capability, HR, SBIM, RB Finance and ER.
• External: None
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
• Good understanding of various types of SCB Products, account Services, loan operations
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Adept in MS office tools and good stakeholder management skills
Skills and Experience
• Accurate and error free delivery of reports and presentation.
• Delivery without any complaints and collaboration/teamwork with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, data protection and gap as applicable.
• Leadership skills to lead and motivate team member.
