Job Summary
• Support the Head of Business Management & Transformation in the delivery of the business management agenda across CIB Operations, ensuring effective planning, governance, reporting and performance management.
• Provide financial, workforce and business insights that support senior management decision-making and enable effective management of business priorities and performance.
• Drive disciplined coordination, governance and stakeholder engagement across the function, ensuring key activities, commitments and actions are executed in a timely and transparent manner.
Key Responsibilities
• This is an individual contributor role responsible for coordinating activities and influencing outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Business Performance Management
• Support the production of management reporting, performance dashboards and business reviews across the function.
• Analyse business performance and management information, providing insights on key trends, risks and areas requiring management attention.
• Monitor delivery of business priorities and track actions arising from leadership and governance forums.
Financial Management
• Support annual planning, budgeting and forecasting activities in partnership with Finance.
• Track and report performance against financial targets, identifying variances and supporting remediation activities where required.
• Maintain financial management information and support preparation of business cases and financial submissions as required.
Workforce Planning & Organisation Management
• Support workforce planning activities, including headcount management, hiring governance, vacancy tracking and organisational reporting.
• Maintain workforce-related reporting and provide analysis to support resource planning and decision-making.
• Partner with HR and Finance to ensure workforce plans remain aligned with business objectives and approved budgets.
Governance & Controls
• Coordinate governance forums, leadership meetings and management committees, ensuring high-quality materials, accurate reporting and clear action tracking.
• Maintain oversight of governance actions, audit items, regulatory commitments and management responses.
• Support adherence to internal policies, standards and governance requirements.
Stakeholder Management & Communications
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, HR, Risk, COO teams and other support functions.
• Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials, communications and management updates for senior leadership.
• Act as a central point of coordination for business management activities, ensuring information is delivered accurately and on time.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, reporting, governance and management information.
• Support implementation of process enhancements that improve efficiency, transparency and decision-making.

Qualifications
Key Experiences
• Minimum 10 years' experience in banking, financial services, or management consulting, with exposure to business management, financial management, governance, or workforce planning.
Certifications / Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or a related discipline preferred.
