Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Technology (MarTech) Specialist works closely with the Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing (CABM) team to guide, enhance, and optimize digital marketing technology platforms. This role is centered on optimizing digital platforms, driving their adoption, and providing performance insights.
As a strategic and enabling function supporting CABM and the Bank, the Specialist is results-oriented, technologically proficient, and dedicated to maximizing CABM’s MarTech stack, particularly in relation to the latest AI functionalities. They are committed to implementing top-tier digital experiences and empowering CABM to excel in digital brand, marketing, and communications.
This role serves as a bridge between marketing strategy and technology, ensuring that digital tools are utilized efficiently, compliantly, and with measurable business impact. The Specialist works closely with the CABM team to advance its brand and marketing technology strategy, ensuring seamless integration of platforms, data, and processes. Success in this role requires deep expertise in the MarTech landscape, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to align technology adoption, platform optimization, and performance insights with the Bank’s business and brand objectives. The successful candidate must be able to clearly articulate and present use cases and proposed solutions and provide ad hoc support to the Head of Digital Strategy and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advisory support to Product Owners to measure and standardise platform adoption, engagement, service quality, and user feedback.
- Translate evolving business and brand requirements into scalable technology and infrastructure solutions.
- Drive the adoption and governance-aligned implementation of AI use cases across the MarTech stack.
- Contribute to roadmap prioritisation by providing insight into industry trends, competitive landscape developments, and emerging digital capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and improved platform utilisation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to develop and execute the digital marketing technology roadmap.
- Define and support reporting frameworks, success metrics, and performance dashboards for all platform initiatives.
- Develop executive-ready presentations and communications to influence stakeholders and support senior leadership decision-making.
- Maintain deep expertise in digital marketing platforms, including features, integrations, best practices, and performance optimisation.
- Act as a champion for digital marketing technology across CABM, strengthening internal capability and advocacy.
- Partner with external vendors and internal technology leads to maximise platform value and alignment with business strategy.

Skills and Experience
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing Technology platforms and ecosystem management
- Experience embedding and scaling Artificial Intelligence use cases within marketing environments
- Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity within a matrix organisation
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking platform performance metrics
- High-quality PowerPoint and executive presentation skills
- Action-oriented and results-driven

- Confident communicator able to translate technical concepts into business language
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience working with enterprise-level MarTech products and solutions
- Proven success operating within a complex stakeholder landscape, ideally in a regulated environment
- Experience contributing to digital transformation or platform optimisation initiatives
- Fluency in English
