Job Summary

•    Lead the design, adoption and governance of the Process Universe across the Bank.
•    Partner with Process Excellence, Global Process Owners and key business stakeholders to embed process ownership.
•    Operationalise Process Universe roles, standards and taxonomy across Businesses and Functions.
•    Establish governance, controls and ongoing management routines to maintain the Process Universe in BAU.
•    Drive adoption of common process standards to support simplification, digitisation and transformation.
•    Build stakeholder engagement and community momentum through clear communication, guidance and change support.
•    Enable better transparency, accountability and process improvement through consistent process ownership and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Own the design, implementation and ongoing governance of the Process Universe to embed process ownership, enable pan-bank adoption, and support simplification, standardisation and transformation across the Bank.
•    Define and maintain the Process Universe taxonomy, standards and design principles.
•    Operationalise Process Universe roles, including Global Process Owners, Process Element Owners, Domain Owners, Product Owners and PU Champions.
•    Partner with Businesses, Functions and Process Excellence teams to drive adoption and consistent implementation.
•    Establish governance routines, controls and change management processes to maintain the Process Universe in BAU.
•    Build and engage the Process Universe community through clear guidance, communications and stakeholder engagement.
•    Track adoption progress, risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where required.
•    Ensure the Process Universe remains aligned to transformation priorities, process improvement opportunities and strategic simplification goals.
•    Support the embedding of process ownership, accountability and consistent metrics across the organisation.

Qualifications

Key Experiences
•    Proven experience delivering complex change, transformation or governance initiatives in a large organisation.
•    Strong understanding of process excellence, process ownership, taxonomy and standards.
•    Experience working with senior stakeholders across Businesses, Functions and COO communities.
•    Track record in establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, controls and BAU routines.
•    Ability to simplify complex information and communicate clearly through written, verbal and presentation formats.
•    Experience driving adoption, change management and community engagement across global teams.
•    Familiarity with financial services, risk and control expectations, and process management tools such as ARIS preferred.
