Job Summary
The Pricing, Billing & Analytics role in the FSS Product Management team ensures the function prices its products and services in a commercially sound way, bills clients accurately, and uses data to understand where value is being created or lost. It brings together pricing discipline, billing control and analytics insight so that CIB can protect revenue, improve profitability and make better commercial decisions.
The role helps the function succeed by giving cross-functional teams (including Product, Sales, Operations and Technology) clear insight into pricing performance, billing accuracy, revenue leakage and client profitability. It turns complex data into practical actions, strengthens controls across pricing and billing processes, and supports improvements that make commercial activity more consistent.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Revenue Management
• Drive execution of pricing and repricing activities to support revenue optimisation and client profitability.
• Own and drive the business approval process, building commercial models for products and solutions and managing the governance with stakeholders around sign off
• Analyse client pricing lifestyle to identify revenue uplift opportunities, pricing gaps and fee leakage across segments and markets.
• Support development and implementation of pricing strategies in collaboration with Product, Sales and regional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing frameworks, tools and methodologies to enhance consistency and effectiveness.
Billing & Operational Excellence
• Drive operational efficiency by reducing friction, improving processes and supporting digitisation initiatives across pricing and billing workflows.
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk and control standards, maintaining strong oversight of billing accuracy and operational risk.
• Support transformation of operational processes to enable scalable, efficient and resilient service delivery.
• Own the end-to-end pricing and billing operating process, including pricing data maintenance, billing inputs, approval tracking, fee implementation follow-through and issue resolution
Digital Fluency & Data Analytics
• Use AI and automation tools to accelerate data preparation, streamline pricing and approval processes and generate faster insight for revenue, profitability and control decisions.
• Use analytics to identify pricing opportunities, revenue leakage and optimisation levers across products, clients and markets.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track pricing effectiveness, billing accuracy, revenue outcomes and client profitability.
• Translate data into practical recommendations that improve commercial decisions, strengthen controls and support continuous optimisation.
Stakeholder & Commercial Execution
• Collaborate closely with Country Coverage, Sales, Product and COO teams to drive pricing initiatives, support deal execution and improve client outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders across functions to align on pricing strategies, operational improvements and analytics-driven insights.
• Support execution of fee and interest initiatives, including implementation of new pricing structures and bespoke pricing solutions.
• Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights to drive adoption of pricing and billing improvements.
Governance, Risk & Control
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and risk frameworks across pricing and billing activities.
• Strengthen controls and governance processes to mitigate revenue leakage, improve accuracy and enhance audit readiness.
• Maintain oversight of documentation and operational processes (e.g. SLA, BCP, governance requirements).
• Partner with Risk, Compliance and Audit teams to ensure robust control environments and continuous improvement.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 7 plus years experience in banking operations, pricing, revenue management, business-analysis or related environments.
- Experience working with data to generate insights and support decision making.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Technology or Operations teams.
