•    Lead product ownership, roadmap prioritisation and delivery for digital execution platforms for Managed Investments, including new capability development, enhancement of existing features and ongoing platform management in line with Group Wealth and MI strategy.
•    Define and track platform KPIs, adoption metrics, funnel conversion, digital sales outcomes and monetisation levers, with specific focus on New-to-Wealth acceleration and Existing-to-Wealth deepening.

•    Develop both business and client lenses across Wealth and Managed Investments, including broad-based views of portfolio behaviour, product holdings, client segments, digital engagement and market-level growth opportunities.
•    Develop performance dashboards for campaigns, digital journeys and Managed Investments platforms, measuring adoption, engagement, conversion, portfolio review activity, digital execution and commercial outcomes.
•    Identify, prioritise and lead analytics use cases that combine disparate data sets to generate actionable insights for client engagement effectiveness, frontline enablement, product momentum, portfolio opportunities and Group and market Wealth strategy.
•    Create feedback loops from data, frontline input and client engagement outcomes to continuously improve journeys, platforms, campaigns, content effectiveness and commercial performance.

Strategic Planning, Projects, and Execution:
•    Collaborate with leadership to identify the highest-impact engagement journeys and data use-case priorities that will drive wealth performance, productivity, client experience and business growth.
•    Own and execute strategic platform and data-related projects, including roadmap planning, investment prioritisation, business case development, delivery governance, risk management and benefits realisation

Collaboration and Communication:
•    Engage with markets to identify opportunities across digital journeys, MI execution platforms and data analytics; build compelling analysis, codify best practices and scale what works across markets.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology, analytics, marketing, COO, risk, compliance, distribution and market teams to ensure journeys, platforms and insights are commercially relevant, scalable and well controlled.

Leadership:
•    Communicate platform roadmaps, journey performance, analytics insights and business impact at all levels of the organisation in a professional, simple and compelling manner.
•    Influence senior stakeholders with action-oriented information, clear recommendations and strong commercial judgement, balancing client experience, platform delivery, data-driven decision-making and risk considerations.
