Job Summary
• The Analyst – CRES Operations supports the delivery of workplace and property operations by ensuring effective execution of planned activities on the ground. The role focuses on performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and operational tracking, providing visibility on service delivery and helping bridge the gap between management expectations and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• Support execution of CRES operational plans through structured tracking and reporting
• Contribute insights on operational performance to inform decision-making
• Ensure alignment between on-ground delivery and management priorities
Business
• Support day-to-day CRES operations across facilities, vendors, and stakeholders
• Provide structured updates on performance and service delivery
• Assist in ensuring workplace environments meet expected standards (safety, quality, efficiency)
Processes
• Monitor operational performance and identify service gaps
• Track actions, follow-ups, and closure of key activities
• Maintain reporting discipline and data accuracy
• Engage with teams to understand workflows and improve coordination

• Demonstrate strong willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
• Apply feedback to continuously improve performance
Risk Management
• Support adherence to operational standards, including Health & Safety requirements
• Escalate issues or risks observed during monitoring activities
• Assist in maintaining a controlled and compliant operating environment

• Support governance through structured reporting and documentation
• Ensure consistency in tracking and follow-up of actions
• Contribute to transparency in service delivery performance

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, or related discipline
• Basic understanding of facilities/property operations is advantageous
