Job Summary

Assist in developing & designing the Affluent Client Value Proposition (CVP) with strategic operation plans, programs, and procedures to grow the Affluent portfolio

 

Key Responsibilities

 Growing the affluent portfolio through consistent new to bank acquisition and campaign construct for client and staff. 
•    Ensure balance sheet growth, assets & deposits, addressing Operations, Compliance and Service Delivery risks
•    Regulatory Reporting, Internal MIS management & rates management
•    Assist in implementing acquisition programs and global acquisition tool kits
•    Ensure provision of value-added products to the existing/ potential retail clients and constantly meeting/ exceeding their service expectations.
•    Work closely with Marketing to build a strong positioning in the market
•    Prepare localized offers, pitch-book and campaign script
•    Give inputs for development of product/ service bundles, with a view to aid client deepening and cross-sell across segments
•    Expand market share through Debit card spends and liabilities balances growth 
•    Accountable for product management decision including marketing collaterals implementation, and Above The Line (ATL)/Below The Line (BTL) exposure 
•    Identify and present innovative and creative product solutions, pricing management and cost planning
•    Assist in preparing personalized offers and campaigns (win-backs, product-centric). 
•    Assist in enhancing Relationship Manager’s (RM) capability to drive better client conversations, while utilizing analytics models for new opportunities by identifying clients with high off-us potential to improve our wallet share.
•    Ensure compliance with global Anti-money Laundering (AML) & Client Due Diligence (CDD) standards
•    Ensure appropriate operational procedures and controls in place to operate within the Operational Risk appetite framework
