Job Summary
• Responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of Debt Capital Markets transactions
Key Responsibilities
• Managing regular client interactions and providing tailored DCM solutions to meet target clients’ needs
• Preparing and updating pitching and marketing material, transaction-related documentation, when needed
• Performing global credit market analysis on a daily/weekly basis and preparing pitch books and market updates
• Staying abreast of all macroeconomic and microeconomic developments to be able to deliver a market update to clients as it fits
• Setting up automated data base in Excel to be used for pitch books and related presentations.
• Extracting quantitative and economic data from Bloomberg system to be used for DCM presentations
• Handling DCM related documentation (Islamic and conventional bond) during deal execution
• Managing execution process during a live transaction and ensure its smooth and successful completion pre and post-pricing
• Preparing and coordinating weekly syndicate calls to update clients about the market backdrop and leading documentation update calls to ensure the successful completion of all documentation workstreams required for the closing of a transaction
• Coordinating deal and non-deal roadshows with the syndicate teams and collating feedback from investors during the marketing stage of the transaction
• Liaising with different third parties (auditors, legal counsels, rating agencies etc.) to complete all documentation workstreams required for a DCM transaction
• Ensuring that all internal and external documentation-related approvals are secured for each transaction in order to comply with SCB’s audit and compliance systems
• Developing origination skills by building relationships and maintaining a regular dialogue with clients
Skills and Experience
- Experience in Capital market/ DCM is plus

Education Bachelor in Business and MSC in Finance
