Job Description: 

Job Summary

Sales Support role provides critical support to the Financial Institutions sales team within Transaction Banking, enabling sales to deliver efficient deal execution and high-quality client serving. The role works closely with Relationship Managers, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance and Compliance to coordinate client activities, support deal processes, and maintain accurate sales reporting, helping drive sustainable revenue growth across payments, trade and SCPrismFX revenues.  

Strategy
•    To execute and manage the strategy for selling solutions across all Transaction Banking products to a portfolio of FI client segment including commercial banks, central banks, development organisations, Paytech

Key Responsibilities

•    Support FI sales managers with client proposals, pitch & marketing materials, internal MIS reports, and stakeholder coordination 
•    Act as a coordination point between Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, Relationship Managers 
•    Maintain sales pipelines, CRM data, and reporting to ensure accuracy and visibility
•    Prepare client analytics, volumes, and revenue insights to support sales discussions
•    Help drive internal approvals and ensure timely follow-up on client requests
•    Driving product utilisation levels by monitoring transaction history
•    Lead regular pricing reviews, including impact of waivers or non-standard pricing and implement appropriate local pricing at a product level.
•    Responsible for Cash, Trade and PrismFX business (revenue & volumes) monitoring based on growth targets and sales account plan for client portfolio and geography
•    To help in Market events organisation aimed to share best practices standards and raise SCB visibility
•    Proactively engage business & functional partners / stakeholders to drive the origination sales agenda with clients.
•    Promote the SCB brand and exemplify the values of the Group in all undertakings, including adherence to the Group Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

•    University degree holder 
•    Experience in transaction banking, payments, cash management, or trade finance
•    Knowledge in the payment environment, infrastructure, and emerging trends in the payment space particularly in cross border payments
•    Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
•    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
•    Analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Clear written and verbal communication skills
•    Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and CRM systems
