Title: Associate Director, eCommerce Sales, AME

Job Summary
As part of the eCommerce Sales team, the role will focus on liaising with both prospect/new and existing clients with the intention of securing new revenue opportunities through digital channels. This includes implementing a strategy to service FI and Corporate clients across all FM products (FX, Rates, Credit etc) and digitise their flows where it is fit for growth. This will involve selling our liquidity across all channels, selling SC Markets, Algos as well as cross-selling other areas of the firm’s expertise (securities FX etc).
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• Contribute towards the automation and improvement of product offering to clients
• Contribute to the global franchise development reviewing all notable Energy flows and market movements across the various regions, construct trade ideas and communicate to the wider teams.
• Contribute to on-going projects with a particular focus on risk management tools improvements, electronic trading development, Natural Gas product development
• On the job training, aimed at getting up to speed with the day to day needs of a busy trading desk and subsequently (assuming criteria are met) a development path toward trading the client franchise
Business
• Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates
• Deliver on assigned tasks and projects
• Contribute towards identifying opportunities for the desks across geographies and client segments

• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
