Job Summary

In addition to managing an individual portfolio, the role holder is responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring and developing a team of UAE National REHLATY (Relationship Managers in the Making). The role holder is accountable for delivering individual and team business objectives, driving sales performance, customer acquisition, portfolio growth and ensuring adherence to all regulatory, governance, risk and compliance standards in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Strategies for Revenue generation and business development Business objectives and goals Drive the Digital Agenda 
•    Execute the Bank’s Priority Banking strategy through effective leadership and management of the REHLATY team.
•    Translate business objectives into team action plans to achieve agreed business, financial and customer outcomes.
•    Drive the Digital Agenda across the REHLATY team through customer engagement and digital adoption.
•    Build a sustainable pipeline of future Relationship Managers through structured coaching, mentoring and capability development.
•    Drive a high-performance culture focused on sustainable business growth, customer excellence and employee development.
Business
Acquisition & Sales Management
•    Lead, manage and develop the REHLATY team to achieve defined targets in terms of customers, volumes and revenue.
•    Ensure achievement of all agreed individual and team business objectives including Net Sales Revenue, Assets Under Management (AUM), Net New Money (NNM), CASA, Investments, Insurance, Wealth and all Priority Banking scorecard metrics.
•    Drive team productivity to maximise the efficacy of the sales process and customer acquisition.
•    Coach and mentor team members through regular sales reviews, field coaching and performance discussions.
•    Conduct regular pipeline reviews and implement action plans to maximise business conversion.
•    Ensure effective management of customer contact plans, sales activities and portfolio growth across the team.
•    Monitor individual and team performance against agreed KPIs and implement timely interventions where required.
•    Drive cross-sell opportunities and portfolio penetration across all Priority Banking products and services.
•    Ensure timely completion and maintenance of Sales MIS, business reporting and forecasting for the team.

•    University Graduate.
•    Relevant experience in sales and relationship management.
•    Experience in handling all Banking & Investment Products.
•    Demonstrated ability in sales planning.
•    Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
•    Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables.
•    Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
•    Good understanding of the business environment in UAE preferably with direct contacts with the local HNI community.
•    Computer literacy at the user level.
•    Adapting to multi-cultural environment.
•    In-depth knowledge of capital markets and financial planning.
•    Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
•    Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop Relationship Managers to achieve business and customer outcomes.
•    Strong leadership, stakeholder management and performance management skills.
•    Experience in managing sales performance, customer portfolios and business growth within Priority Banking or Wealth Management.
•    Ability to develop talent through structured coaching and capability development.
•    Strong understanding of Priority Banking products, investment solutions and wealth management propositions.
