Title: Director, Structured Credit Originator and Structurer

Job Summary
To Manage and Grow the origination business of capital markets product solutions to existing and new clients with the purpose of directly increasing client revenues, increasing market share and exerting SCB’s leadership position via thought leadership and league table position/industry awards. To support Head of CMS in managing the overall CMS business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Full awareness and understanding of the FM business strategy
- Formulate, develop and implement CMS business strategy in line with and support for FM’s business strategy
Business
- Full awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates
- Spearhead and manage the business to provide product solutions to our clients and deliver agreed financial objectives
- Origination and execution of capital markets product solutions in conjunction with global CM, structuring and sales
- To assist in post-closing deal surveillance and management
- Contribute to customer relationships and confirming SCB as the Right Partner

- Meet internal and external compliance of related guidelines, policies and regulation:
- Deal Origination
- Deal Pre-Screening
- Client Engagement and Documentation
- Deal Approvals
- Deal Execution and Closure
- Post Execution Support and Monitoring
Risk Management
- Full awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group
- Identify, assess, monitor, control and mitigate risks relating to CMS business
Governance
- Full awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to CMS business
- Willingness to work with any local regulators in an open and cooperative manner

Maintain relationships with, ensure optimal communication and effective co-ordination with, and provide accurate information and best advice to :

Skills and Experience
- Product Knowledge
- Familiar with Legal and regulatory framework
- Market Knowledge
- Ability to pitch complex transactions
- Strong negotiation plans
- Relationship Management
- Experience in Origination, Structuring and execution of ABS or other structured credit products
- Strong Client coverage experience, engaging with institutional investors, banks, corporates.
- Track record of leading execution and managing deal pipeline
