Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Emiratisation Manager to lead our UAE National hiring and development agenda within the banking sector. This role is responsible for designing and executing Emiratisation programs that align with both regulatory requirements and our long-term talent strategy. The successful candidate will partner with business units, HR, and government stakeholders to attract, onboard, and grow high-potential Emirati talent across various banking functions.

 

The role also involves developing career pathways, managing key relationships with universities and government bodies (e.g., Central Bank, MOHRE, NAFIS), and ensuring compliance with nationalisation frameworks. A deep understanding of the local talent market, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for developing national talent are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and tracking key Emiratisation metrics, including recruitment, retention, and development goals. 
  • Ensuring Emirati employees receive necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively. 
  • Implementing and managing training and development programs specifically for Emirati employees. 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
  • End to end management of events.
  • Get latest hiring updates on UAE national hiring.
  • Support the Head of Emiratization in managing the department.
  • Creating presentations and analysis on data.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning.
  • Identify skill gaps and align Emiratisation efforts with future business needs across departments.
  • Ensure regular tracking and reporting of Emiratisation progress, risks, and gaps to senior leadership.
  • Lead campaigns and initiatives to position the bank as an employer of choice for Emirati talent.
  • Drive retention and engagement of UAE National staff.
