Job Summary

  • Supports the Head of Financial Controls, Risk in ensuring integrity of the General Ledger of the Bank and help support and manage the setup of the Operational Risk Management Framework for Finance. The person should be someone with a positive attitude and looking for a professional career in Finance.
  • The role will support the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in performing cost analytics, deep dives, intelligent analytics for support functions.
  • To support the Head of controls & risk in ensuring that financial control policy is fully implemented and complied with.
  • Assist in managing the operational risk environment within Finance.
  • Work closely with business finance, operations and compliance specialists for all Controls related activities.
  • Support Audit related activities.
  • Perform periodic cost analysis to support cost agenda, deep dives, flag risks & opportunities, provide intelligent analytics for Support Functions to review & manage costs.
  • Support the preparation of standard performance MIS & presentations across financial & non-financial business KPI's
  • Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group’s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas. 
  • Work closely with business finance, operations and compliance specialists for all Controls related activities. 
  • Work closely with support functions and business for financial planning & analysis activities.
  • To support the Head of controls & risk in ensuring that all processes within the Finance process universe is supported.
