Title: Product Manager - Digital Assets and Capital Markets Products and Solutions Products

About The Role
Develop a clear product vision that aligns with the bank's overall strategy and goals with respect to Products and Solutions (Digital Assets and other Capital Markets Products and Solutions (CMPS) Products) in Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB).
Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the key features, timelines, and milestones.
Communicate product strategy, progress, and changes effectively to all stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyse data to identify opportunities and threats.
Business
Revenue management
Drive new business and strategic initiatives across different business segments within Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB)
Drive product and platform innovation.
Portfolio management
Qualifications
Relevant working experience in Product management in Digital Assets and Treasury Products.
Knowledge of Digital Assets and Financial markets products.
Proficiency in project management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements.
Ability to work independently.
