- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' financial situations to identify needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, ensuring tailored structuring to maximize benefit.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service, nurturing ongoing customer relationships and generating referral opportunities.
- Partner with Priority RMs to optimize sales outcomes and maximize market penetration.
- Initiate coaching sessions with RMs focused on developing their insurance product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Risk Management
- Rigorously comply with all relevant compliance requirements, including reporting suspicious activity promptly to the Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line management.
- Adhere to operational manuals and product policies governing sales procedures, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout.
- Maintain high standards in service quality and customer satisfaction, aligning with the bank's commitment to excellence.

Governance and Ethics
- Vigilantly detect potential suspicions such as fraudulent activities, money laundering, or forgery, initiating appropriate escalation processes.

Regulatory and Business Conduct
- Exhibit exemplary professional behaviour that reflects Standard Chartered's values and Code of Conduct.
- Take ownership of embedding ethical standards, including strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, internal guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Collaborate effectively to identify, escalate, and resolve matters relating to risk, business conduct, or compliance.
