We are a global team of "Members" (excluding individual ventures), including dedicated colleagues from the Group's support functions, based in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, and the United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities
The SEO serves as the authorised person and primary individual responsible for overall management, governance, and operational integrity of the entity. The SEO ensures the firm’s activities comply with financial regulations, oversees investment and risk management frameworks, drives commercial growth, and serves as the liaison with regulators, clients, investors, and strategic partners
- Serve as the Authorised Individual responsible for regulatory compliance under DFSA rules
- Lead regulatory inspections, reviews, and ongoing supervision discussions
- Ensure adherence to the firm’s FSRA permissions and activities
- Define and execute the firm’s strategic plan
- Drive AUM growth through investor engagement, institutional relationships, and partnerships
- Represent the firm at events, roadshows, and engagements
- Oversee operations of the platform, ensuring efficiency and adherence to internal standards
- Manage relationships with service providers
- Implement and maintain operational resilience frameworks and BCP
- Optimise processes and systems across compliance, finance, HR, and tech
- Provide oversight and challenge on investment decisions, portfolio construction, and risk exposure
- Chair or participate in the Investment Committee
- Ensure activities align with regulatory permissions and the fund’s offering documents
- Maintain oversight of due diligence, transaction approvals, and risk reviews
