Job Summary

As Senior Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive management of cash management operations ensuring all activities are performed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with internal and external regulatory frameworks.

  • Lead and coordinate the daily cash management operations ensuring alignment with established service standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Direct the team in conducting regular self-assessments and audits to confirm robustness and adequacy of operational control frameworks.
  • Implement and champion operational risk policies, promoting a culture of risk awareness and mitigation within the team and broader organisation.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of operational procedures and maintain a constant state of audit readiness to facilitate internal and external reviews seamlessly.
  • Foster effective relationships within and across business units to ensure collaboration and operational coherence.
  • Promote the bank’s values and ethical standards through exemplary conduct and continuous engagement with staff and stakeholders.
  • Encourage and sustain a positive and inclusive working atmosphere through ongoing team development and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives to embed business conduct and regulatory compliance across all operational activities, ensuring full adherence to the Group’s Code of Conduct.
