Job Summary

The position entails: Overseeing comprehensive orchestration across all processes and services managed by Client Management. Engaging clients throughout the process to ensure a seamless delivery and an exceptional client experience.

 

Key Responsibilites:

  • Act as a service partner, work together with Relationship Managers, Product Sales, Operations and other key internal stakeholders to solve client issues and identify opportunities to improve overall service for the clients
  • Support the Business by orchestrating effective execution of client portfolio delivery across Client Management processes, leading and executing processes in collaboration with stakeholders and the value chain to provide outstanding client service, with the aim to achieve readiness to transact as swiftly as possible
  • Proactively support assigned client accounts throughout the client lifecycle to maintain the highest levels of service and relationship health.
  • Follow the Client Management processes and ensure that client onboarding activities such as completion of Client Due Diligence (CDD), Credit documentation, are performed on a timely basis.
  • Deliver excellent service against agreed service standards, delivery standards, and minimal error rates as appropriate.
  • Provide insight and suggestions to improve processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate.
  • Foster alignment between Business and Client Management through regular discussions about business priorities, issues, and addressing any gaps.

- Manage flow maintenance activities as assigned to ensure portfolio quality. The activities include but not limited to 

    • Annotation of Excess and Past Dues and highlighting issues to RM and CA
    • Review and monitoring of ASTAR reports
    • Document Deferral Waiver (DDW) requests, Temporary Excess Request (TER), and SIF for allocation of limits
    • Collaterals monitoring and doc deficiency reports review 
    • Seek Early Alert Reporting (EAR) / CG12 waivers for overdue
    • Act as escalation point for Unsettled (FX) Past Due Trades reports & Failed trades reports, working closely with Operations where relevant
    • Support Loan Drawdown, Cash Management, LTP Trades (FI) and release of Trade Offerings

Skills and Experience

- Minimum basic understanding and industry knowledge of Banks / Corresponding Banks segment and the ecosystem in which they operate.
- An ability to understand, review and assess the transactional flows of these entities and ensure that they are within agreed parameters.
- Curious to personally understand what is happening within the industry and what are the most recent developments in terms of regulations, market mechanics etc.
- Capable to undertake follow-up conversations with compliance counterparties (internal and at the client’s end).
- Meticulous; able to work quickly and accurately.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong drive to deliver.
- Problem solver; looks for solutions and finds ways to progress despite blockages.
- Ability to work independently and able to cope with pressures from tight deadlines.
- Fluent English. German language skills is preferred.
