  • Provide strategic financing advice to clients on capital structure, acquisition funding, refinancing and bespoke private credit solutions.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance culture through coaching, knowledge sharing and strong execution standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across coverage, product and control functions to ensure timely delivery and effective stakeholder management throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Maintain the highest standards of governance, regulatory compliance and risk discipline in all aspects of origination and execution.

  • Demonstrated track record of originating, structuring and executing complex debt transactions, ideally involving private equity-backed and corporate clients.
  • Strong credit analysis, financial modelling and cash flow underwriting skills, with the ability to assess a broad range of capital structures and risk profiles.
  • Deep understanding of the European leveraged finance and private credit landscape, including documentation, market conventions and investor dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple live workstreams, prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality output under tight timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across product, coverage, risk and control functions.
  • Leadership capability with experience guiding junior professionals and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline; advanced professional qualifications would be advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is essential; German language skills would be highly beneficial for the Frankfurt market.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and relevant financial information platforms is expected.
